We're the first frontliner in the Sales Pipeline for managing of all potential shipper, Ensuring that sales team receive high quality potential Shipper to be closed won. LQ manager manages Productivity of Lead qualifier agents team at maximum utilization through our various communication tools. We need you to ensure all aspects of the qualifying Process are excellence, understood and implemented to improve efficiency improvement in Leads conversion rate to opportunity. Responsibilities :
Plan, organise and lead an efficient and effective Lead Qualifier team to achieve Leads conversion targets. Implement appropriate initiatives in order to ensure achievement of Leads conversion targets, productivity, process excellence, and well place monitoring.

Requirements

    • Min. 4 years experience
    • Microsoft Excel skill excellent
    • Communication skills, spoken and written excellent
    • Experience in sales preferably in the ecommerce, logistic or service industry
    • Call Centre experience (advantage)
    • A progressive and proven track record of sales success.
