This position is needed to lead telemarketing team, supporting business by doing lead generation and acquisition strategy to
deliver numbers of new acquisition.

Requirements

● Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
● At least 4-7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
● Strong analytical skills. Proven ability to review detailed data and produce meaningful analysis
● Strong problem solving skills, analytics and ability identify root causes
● Ability to multi-task, pro-active
● Experience hiring, building and developing a top performing telesales and logistic team.
● Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with senior stakeholders at organizations.
● Experience in logistics or E-Commerce and handling telemarketing or call centre team.

Job Description

● Able to secure acquisition pipeline and make strategies to acquire it into new acquisition to meet the GMV target.
● Track and make report regarding the team's performance periodically, get insight about the market competition and customer interest.
● Competencies in team motivation, cold call and build rapport techniques.
