You will work closely with Manager, HR Operations and Head of HR and responsible for providing leaderships and direction in C&B functions and corporate services for Ninja Van. Consult with business leaders to identify, recommend and implement solutions that are in line with and able to support the changing needs of the business.

What you will do

    • Payroll
    • Lead a team of staff providing payroll and related statutory reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax / Social Security Fund requirements for the entire organization
    • Apply analytical, problem-solving skills and customer service mindset to handle payroll related queries from employees, including internal and external partners
    • Continuous improvement to the payroll process

    • Compensation & Benefits
    • Develop and implement compensation strategies and structures that align with company strategies.
    • Provide salary inputs to new hire offers
    • Support participation in external compensation & benefits surveys and participate in special bench-marking studies.
    • Responsible for all budgeting & reporting requirements, analytics and dashboards for the Rewards & HR Operations function and consolidation of overall department budget and ensuring adherence to yearly plan.
    • Team Management
    • Identifying and researching people issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to the team
    • Being responsible for supervising and coaching the team

What you will need

    • Thai nationality only
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in C&B analysis and HRIS
    • Bachelor's degree in any field. (Bachelor of Science Program in Statistics will be an advantage)
    • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel
    • Knowledge in Prosoft will be advantage
    • Well knowledge in labour law and compliance
    • Good command of English
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team
    • Good command of English
