Job Responsibilities


    • Design & Visual Communication
    • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
    • Strong foundation in design principles: typography, layout, composition, colour theory, and branding
    • Ability to translate briefs into compelling visuals and conceptual directions
    • Eye for detail and consistency across all visual assets

    • Creative & Conceptual Thinking
    • Capable of turning abstract ideas or loose briefs into clear creative directions
    • Able to balance business objectives with creative execution

    • Production & Art Direction
    • Has the experience in planning and leading photo and video shoots, from pre-production to post-production
    • Ability to brief and manage photographers, videographers, stylists, and production crews
    • Understanding of framing, lighting, scene composition, and storytelling in both stills and video
    • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro and other relevant motion/video tools
    • Experience handling digital cameras(e.g. Sony, Canon, Panasonic)
    • Understanding of framing, lighting, and audio capture
    • Familiarity with basic gear: tripods, gimbals, lights, external mics
    • Knowledge of export settings for different platforms (social, web, broadcast)

    •  Print & Production Knowledge
    • Familiar with print production processes
    • Understanding of materials, print specs, and final artwork requirements
    • Experience working with external vendors and ensuring accurate production delivery

    • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
    • Strong interpersonal skills; able to manage diverse personalities and difficult conversations with professionalism
    • Experienced in managing stakeholder expectations and aligning teams toward a shared creative vision
    • Able to present creative ideas clearly and confidently to both internal teams and external clients

    • Good grasp of branding, marketing, and advertising fundamentals
    • Able to understand business goals and adapt creative work to meet strategic needs
    • Keeps up-to-date with creative trends, especially in digital, social, and commercial design

    • Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers and freelancers
    • Comfortable giving constructive feedback and reviewing creative work to maintain quality

Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Multimedia/Visual Communication or equivalent
    • 5 to 8 years of professional experience in a graphic environment organization
    • Design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
    • Proficiency in using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant motion/video tools
    • Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, colour theory, and visual art direction
    • Strong project management skills
    • Able to work independently within tight deadlines and can adapt well in a fast paced environment
    • Good communication skills, discipline, hardworking, detail oriented, high dedication and care for the business
    • Proficiency in English and Bahasa. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage
