In a nutshell, the role is to provide full support in all matters to the Fleet Division - one of the three core pillars of the business. It is imperative to the company’s success that the division performs with ever-improving operational efficiency and scalability, all in tandem with the company’s excellent track record, as well as forecasted exponential growth in the coming months.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and closely communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of operations
- Provide general support to ground staffs in order to control and ensure smooth running of operations
- Provide sustainable solutions for internal stakeholders to solve all issues in a timely basis
- Ensure that all operations activities meet the objectives and delivered by the schedule with superb-quality
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights for other teams to achieve company’s targets
- Liaise with other departments, follow up, and ensure projects/initiatives are successfully implemented
- Initiate projects or propose improvement to operational processes
- Supervise day-to-day execution of reduction/processing/liquidation of lost/damaged/aged parcels
- Other duties as assigned by the line manager
Who are we looking for?
- At least 1 years (no new graduation)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team.
- Creativity and outside-of-the box thinking to solve problems.
- Ability to communicate on complex matters with staff of all levels.
- Task management and prioritization: a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Excel, Google's Sheets will be a big advantage.
- Elementary in English is required.
