Job Overview:

As a Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of telesales representatives and driving the success of our sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on training, developing effective sales tactics, monitoring team performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to meeting sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

Job Responsibility :

    • Training Telesales Representatives
    • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions
    • Develop and update training materials, including sales scripts
    • Developing Sales Strategies
    • Assist in the creation of effective sales strategies
    • Implement and monitor sales strategies to ensure success
    • Analyzing Team Performance
    • Evaluate performance metrics and KPIs
    • Provide feedback and coaching to improve individual and team results
    • Meeting Sales Targets
    • Set weekly and monthly sales goals
    • Develop action plans to meet or exceed targets
    • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
    • Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns
    • Maintaining Customer Information
    • Keep an updated record of customer interactions and information
    • Use the database to track customer trends and needs
    • Developing Sales Scripts
    • Create, test, and refine sales scripts for effectiveness
    • Incorporate feedback from sales calls to improve scripts
    • Recording and Documenting
    • Record details of sales calls and meetings
    • Maintain thorough documentation for future reference
    • Monitoring KPIs
    • Keep track of key performance indicators
    • Adjust sales strategies based on KPI analysis
    • Handling Urgent Requests
    • Address urgent customer queries and requests in a timely manner
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through quick resolution of issues

Job Requirement :

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum at least 4-5years of work experience as a Telesales Manager, Telesales Representative, Telemarketing Executive , or a similar role in the Sales department 
    • Preferable candidate from Logistic background
    • Proven experience in telesales, with a track record of success in a leadership role.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
    • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
    • Strong communication and ability to lead the team
