About Cold Chain Project
- We are embarking on an exciting Cold Chain Project aimed at strengthening our logistics infrastructure to support temperature-sensitive goods across Indonesia. This initiative focuses on developing an end-to-end cold chain network—spanning warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery—to ensure quality, safety, and compliance for perishable products such as food, pharmaceuticals, and other critical temperature-controlled items.

- Head of Operations – With a proven track record in start-up or tech-driven logistics companies.
- Scale-Up Experience – Someone who has built or scaled logistics networks from the ground up.
- Agile & Hands-On Leader – Comfortable in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Process-Oriented, Yet Innovative – Strong in structuring SOPs and optimizing processes, while also driving continuous improvements and innovation.
