Job Responsibilities

    • To identify new businesses, follow up on potential sales opportunities and gain businesses.
    • To manage lead qualification and lead generation through calls, and convert possible prospect leads into accounts while emphasizing those with maximum revenue potential.
    • To execute sales strategies to secure competitor business in major and key account portfolios
    • To conduct customer visits, meetings and attends sales events
    • To evaluate customers’ needs and prepare proposals to secure new business opportunities.
    • To maintain a rigorous follow-up process aimed at building relationships with senior decision-makers.
    • To coordinate with different departments on lead initiatives.
    • To provide customer-oriented service at all times to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • To coordinate with different departments and act as the customer’s point of contact to ensure all queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately.
    • To do other tasks as assigned by Management. 

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
    • Can communicate very well in English.
    • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the domestic express parcels transportation or service industry.
    • Have a progressive and proven track record sales success.
    • Customer orientation and excellent negotiation skills.
    • Experience of logistics sales preferred.
    • Self-starter with good initiatives.
    • Can work under high pressure.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Have own transportation & willing to travel.
