Responsibilities
- Framework/ SOP Administrator
- Quản trị cấu trúc vận hành/SOP
- Implement new framework/SOP to related stakeholders
- Triển khai tiêu chuẩn /SOP mới cho các bên liên quan
- Keep track of framework/SOP updates and inform stakeholders on any changes
- Theo dõi các cập nhật cấu trúc vận hành/SOP và thông báo cho các bên liên quan về bất kỳ thay đổi nào
- Manage, modify, and document the SOP
- Quản lý, sửa đổi và ghi lại SOP
- Collect feedback from stakeholders
- Thu thập thông tin phản hồi từ các bên liên quan
- Analyze and propose advice on tactics to improve performance
- Phân tích và đề xuất lời khuyên về các chiến lược để cải thiện hiệu suất
- Project Execution
- Triển khai dự án
- Assist Team Leader rolling out new projects;
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng nhóm triển khai các dự án mới;
- Keep track of key metric results of the project
- Theo dõi các kết quả số liệu chính của dự án
- Monitor, report the progress of project to Team Leader.
- Theo dõi, báo cáo tiến độ dự án cho Trưởng nhóm.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience work at operation excellence/ project management in e-logistics/ e-commerce
- 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại bộ phận vận hành/ quản lý dự án trong lĩnh vực hậu cần điện tử/ thương mại điện tử
- Data driven decision making;
- Ra quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu;
- Communications skills: Able to present and communicate findings in clear and concise manner.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp: Có thể trình bày và truyền đạt những phát hiện một cách rõ ràng và ngắn gọn.
- A Bachelor's degree
- Bằng cử nhân
- Project Management;
- Quản lý dự án;
- Advanced excel skills, SQL / BI tools, etc.
- Kỹ năng excel nâng cao, công cụ SQL/BI, v.v.
