Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and update the Personnel database and employees information;
    • Manage working hours and leave record;
    • Provide counseling on the development of company policies and relevant regulations;
    • Handle labor contract and compulsory insurance matters: Follow up staff performance appraisal; renew labor contracts, update of employees’ promotion, transfer, termination and exit interview;
    • Prepare HR reports as requested in a timely manner;
    • Handle document processing for personnel changes such as promotion, termination, transfer, salary adjustment, disciplinary measures and so on.
    • Perform Personal Income Tax issues such as PIT code and related person
    • Prepare Payroll file for incentive and activation trigger.
    • Support the yearly events such as teambuilding; year-end party, in-house training courses;
    • Perform other tasks assigned C&B team leader and HR Head.

Requirements:

    • Knowledge and Skills: Vietnam Labor law and Social Law knowledge, background on HR filed;
    • At least 1 years experience in Human Resources;
    • Good moral values and interpersonal skills;
    • Keeping confidential information well;
    • Discreet, honest, trustworthy;
    • Dynamic and self-motivated.
