    • Accountable to ensure all Recovery’s issues gone through a thorough investigation 
    • To work closely with Security and Warehouse team to reduce the losses 
    • To co-lead a group of at least 20 people
    • Accountable to maintain the team and operation stability
    • Accountable to ensure all claims submissions are verified thoroughly
    • To ensure all issues are solve or redirect to higher supervision within a timely manner
    • Continuously find ways to streamline the operations
    • Accountable to regularly review Recovery’s operational policies and procedures
    • Provide daily direction and communication to employees in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner
    • Identify and implement new initiatives to drive customer satisfaction, increase efficiency and boost team productivity
    • To prepare weekly reports on Recovery’s performanceHandle on ad-hoc assignments/projects
    • Organize and coordinate projects with our stakeholders to ensure seamless execution


    • Bachelor degree in any field
    • 3 years’ experience in warehousing operations
    • Must have a high leadership skillMust have strong data analytical skills
    • Must have high interpersonal, analytical and problem solver skills
    • Meticulous in ensuring processes are followed. Candidate must be process and details oriented
    • Must have spoken & written knowledge in English & Bahasa Malaysia
    • Able to connect with people and communicate clearly
    • Strong ability to grasp operation processes and systems quickly
    • Quick learner: we work in a fast-paced environment where you will be challenged to rapidly pick up on new concepts
    • Hands on approach as work will be warehouse based
    • Required skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel and above
