The role of Trade Marketing Program Executive is to work with the Trade Marketing team and is responsible for supporting the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of events and programs aimed at achieving acquisition, conversion, development, and retention goals. This role is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience and learning opportunities for newly graduated professionals looking to enter the field of marketing, event management, and program execution.

Key Accountabilities

    • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute acquisition, conversion, development, and retention events and programs.
    • Assist in managing event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and equipment setup. 
    • Ensure the smooth execution of events and programs, adhering to timelines and delivering a positive attendee experience. 
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align event goals and objectives.
    • Monitor event outcomes and make recommendations for future improvements.
    • Support the coordination of event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, and equipment setup. 
    • Assist in ensuring all necessary resources and materials are available for event execution. 
    • Coordinate attendee registration and communication, including managing ticketing systems or registration platforms. 
    • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required services and materials.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines related to event logistics.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and event attendees to facilitate effective communication and engagement. 
    • Assist in developing event communication plans, including pre-event, during-event, and post-event communications. 
    • Provide timely and relevant information to attendees and stakeholders regarding event details, updates, and changes. 
    • Respond to attendee inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally. 
    • Foster engagement and interaction through various channels, including social media, email, and event platforms.
    • Contribute to data collection during events and programs, including participant information, feedback, and surveys. 
    • Assist in organizing and analyzing event data to derive insights and evaluate event effectiveness. 
    • Collaborate with the team to measure key metrics and KPIs related to event performance and attendee satisfaction. 
    • Identify trends and patterns in event data to support future improvements and decision-making. 
    • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing event data, findings, and recommendations.
    • Assist in documenting event and program details, including schedules, budgets, and post-event reports. 
    • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations summarizing event outcomes, key findings, and recommendations. 
    • Ensure accurate and organized documentation of event execution, expenses, and results. 
    • Collaborate with the team to create post-event analysis and insights reports. 
    • Support the dissemination of event reports and findings to relevant stakehoders , event data, findings, and recommendations.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
    • Relevant coursework or internships in marketing, event management, or trade marketing is a plus. 
    • Open to Fresh Graduates
    • Basic understanding of trade marketing principles, strategies, and concepts. 
    • Proficiency in using Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other relevant software applications. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data. 
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information and ideas.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. 
    • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting. 
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. 
    • Willing to travel and work on field.
