We are looking for Account Executive to focus on identifying qualified sales opportunities for our business. He/she must apply a variety of sales techniques, including prospecting, in-person presentations and demos, generating proposals, and negotiating with C-level decision makers. They must be able to clearly explain your Ninja’s value proposition and how it relates to the prospect shipper’s needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Familiarizes the daily needs of the assigned account, and make sure they have the data that they need whether it be on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Understands and recommends innovative suggestions on what needs to be done, and make sure that the whole Ninja Van team understands as well - translate "client speak" into our own internal language.
- Executes day-to-day operational tasks that deal with aligning Ninja Van’s and client’s systems.
- Ensures that processes are followed - but also look into improving these processes not just for key accounts but for Ninja Van as a whole.
- Assists the account manager in hitting operational KPIs through shipment monitoring from inbound until delivery, data analysis, and project management.
