Requirement
- Have 1 year of IT business analyst experience
- Have 1 year of SQL db or Metabase or Redash experience
- Have 1 year of IT project manager experience
- Have 1 year of API integration
- Good communicate
- Fluent in spoken and written in English
Responsible
- Support API integration with client (shipper)
- Support IT issue happen (complain from shipper)
- Communicate to product & tech team for shipper request/ issue (IT matter)
- Partner with Sales teams to develop and drive account strategy for key accounts
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs and articulate how Ninja can address those pain points by presenting a solution and its business impact
