We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized office executive to perform personalized administrative duties for management.


    • Reporting to management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
    • Making travel & accommodations arrangement for employees & visitors.
    • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
    • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
    • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
    • Liaising with internal departments to assist their office management request.
    • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of management.
    • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
    • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments
    • To ensure all meetings & training rooms in proper condition including it's furnitures
    • Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
    • Observing best business practices and etiquette
    • Assisting the HR & Office Management team on activity, events & etc
    • Others tasks assigned by Management


    • At least a diploma in any field
    • At least 1 year experience in office management or relevant
    • Able to use Google Suite & Microsoft Office 365
    • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
    • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
    • Proficiency in appointment scheduling.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
RM2,300 - RM3,000 a month
