ABOUT THE UNIT:
Ninja Restock is an operational and account management team in Ninjavan Philippines that provide stock and inventory distribution logistics that provide co-load or pay per space model and a streamline cold chain logistics offering comprehensive solutions for maintaining the integrity and quality of temperature-sensitive goods.
ABOUT THE JOB:
B2B Area Manager shall support the B2B Operations Manager in ensuring healthy levels of operational metrics within the assigned area scope. He / She shall support expansion projects ensuring operability within set target timelines.
Main Duties:
- Ensure all stations under the assigned area are operating with healthy levels of metrics
- Maintain high level of system compliance within the assigned area
- Identify and implement timely expansion of stations within the area
- Manage all available and accounted resources under the assigned area
- Provide and implement operational excellence initiatives to further grow the team
- Ensure healthy levels of EBIT within the area scope.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years in college, Bachelor Degree holder is an advantage
- 3-5 years cumulative work experience in the Service Industry or Logistics and Supply Chain Industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the team lead role
- Above average proficiency in MS Excel or GSheet
- Excellent computer literacy
- Basic Understanding of Google Suite (GDocs/Gsheet) or equivalent application
- Computing Skills
- Ability to organize materials, manage time, and prioritize tasks in order to complete projects on or before specified deadlines
