The Business Operations Executive is the one who is helping Business Development Manager to search, find and collaborate with potential new Cross-border vendors and manage them on the Vietnam side of Ninja Direct.
Responsibilities:
- Project controlling
- Project management
- Project overviewing
- Stakeholders communication and management
- Strategic planning
Designing and controlling the project schedule
Delegating tasks to team members and tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value.
Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings
Assisting and supporting Sales Operations Team Leader
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years experience in Project Management Coordinator/ Sales Support/Business Administration
- Proficiency in English
- Dependability, Communication, Adaptability, Teamwork
- The ability to travel for work. Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
