Why we need you
Our Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner responsible to lead team in order to provide consultation for leadership and head of department in all human resources related matters including acquiring new talents to the company as well as identify, recommend, and implement solutions that are in line with the changing needs of the business.
What you will do
- Develop Ninja Van’s talent acquisition strategy and execution locally, as well as provide partnership to line managers to deliver a strong talent pipeline, and provide coaching in retaining and managing the careers of our Ninjas.
- Advise and supervise team to ensure all vacancies are fulfilled in timely manner
Provide HR advise across the following areas: performance management and career planning, compensation and benefits design and execution, and industrial relations, professional and organizational development.
- Partner with Country Leadership to develop a solid understanding of the Thai business and talent environment.
- Drive the execution of performance cycles and manpower planning with key stakeholders.
- Manage implementation of key HR processes in-country, in alignment to Regional initiatives.
- Be the champion for talent data and provide stakeholders actionable data for talent related decisions.

What you will need
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- At least 3 years hands on experience in HR in generalist or business partner background
- A broad knowledge of recruitment, compensation & benefits, organizational planning, training and development, and performance management is highly preferred
- Enthusiastic, energetic, willing to learn and able to work in dynamic working environment and fast pace moving company
- Result-driven with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability in communicating with senior management on complex matters
- Ready and comfortable in being involved with operational HR functions as well as high level - - HR strategy with the rest of the HR team.
- Fluency in English is preferred
