The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.


    • Product deployment, training and technical presentation to help clients gain better user experience according to different requirements and configuration of clients
    • Integration with internal system/product and be the key person to communicate and push the project forward on the technical level
    • QA test supervisory under SEA internet environment, parameter adjustments, emergency issues solution, etc.


    • 5+yrs software development experience
    • Familiar with Java, Python and other technical languagesSucceed in project managements
    • Worked in e-commerce and/or SaaS product field
    • Bachelor degree and above in Computer science and/or software engineer
    • Persuasion and negotiation; Problem solving; Eager to learn; In-person skills, communication;
    • Proficient command of Mandarin to communicate with Product team in China, Proficient command of English to communicate with overseas clients and users in SEA region

    • Decide the reasons and solutions for user issues and problems
    • Coming up with technical solution for internal integration
