In a nutshell, the role is to provide full support in all matters leading the division. The Fleet division is one of the three core pillars of the business. It is imperative to the company’s success that the division performs with ever-improving operational efficiency and scalability, all in tandem to the company’s excellent track record, as well as forecasted exponential growth in the coming months

What you will do

    • Manage Industrial Relations matters to ensure compliance with the statutory rules and regulations to safeguard Company’s interest
    • Actively participate in continuous improvement of operations policies and procedures
    • In-house Union relationships and manage the Employee Relation matters
    • Design and development of ER policy, processes and tools to deliver required changes at all levels of the organisation
    • Responsible for Industrial Relation activities including handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best practices
    • Manage the applications of the disciplinary process and ensure that they are in line with the applicable Employment and Labour Law and Company’s policies, rules and regulations
    • To manage PIP and performance management with remuneration
    • Support and align cultural and behavioral change necessary for all corporate IR/ER programme
    • Advise Employees and Leaders on relevant Labour laws, Company policies and procedures related to employee misconduct, poor performance and grievances
    • Handling complaints and managing grievance procedures

What you will need

    • At least 5 years of working experience specializing in Industrial Relations & Employee Relations. Experience in Change Management will be an added advantage
    • Possess experience in other HR fields ie. Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits will be added advantages
    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline
    • Good verbal & written Communication and negotiating skills
    • Strong organizational, time management skills
    • High level of initiative taking and ability to function autonomously
    • Knowledge of, and strong commitment to, the principles of human resource management and administration
    • Working knowledge of MS office
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability in communicating with all level staff on complex matters
    • Capacity to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
