In a nutshell, the role is to provide full support in all matters leading the division. The Fleet division is one of the three core pillars of the business. It is imperative to the company’s success that the division performs with ever-improving operational efficiency and scalability, all in tandem to the company’s excellent track record, as well as forecasted exponential growth in the coming months

What you will do

    • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
    • Updating internal fleet operations master data
    • Preparing the new joiner package to the new comer such as company rule and regulations, fleet card, sim card, company items
    • Preparing courier and station staffs documents to HR
    • Answer employees queries about people operations -related issues
    • Monitor and ensure that administrative processes are complied with from all stakeholders
    • Preparing fuel distance calculation for 4W Courier
    • Take the initiative to ensure that all responsible workflow are of  the excellent quality

What you will need

    • Experience 2-3 years
    • Bachelor Degree - If HR Major will be advantage
    • Prior experience with Microsoft's Excel or Google's Sheets will be a big advantage
    • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
    • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Willingness to learn and high adaptability to new technology and ideas
    • Good eyes for detail
    • Natural problem solver
    • Extremely proactive, responsible, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
    • Ability to handle multiple complex-projects with "result-oriented" 
    • Data-driven decision making mentality, fast learner and “can-do” attitude 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team
