岗位职责:
主导跨境物流客户系统建档,协助客户发货、跟进物流状态并监督时效;协助销售团队开发与维护客户关系;跨部门沟通与合作,强化与客户的沟通,同时完善与优化内部流程;收集整理客户反馈,协助梳理与制定客户服务标准并实施;对接内外部需求,协助客户运营管理相关项目的推行。

任职要求:
物流管理、国际贸易或相关专业,大专以上学历;乐观开朗,积极主动,有责任心,具备较强的抗压与应变能力及解决问题的能力;具备良好的英语听说读写以及沟通与表达能力,协调内外部沟通;熟练运用办公软件,有G suite操作经验者优先;具有一定数据整合与分析能力,具备一定客户洽谈能力或经验; 有相关跨境电商与物流客户管理经验者优先
