Job Profile

The Ninja Business Units Operations team shall be responsible for the development and expansion of new business initiatives within Ninja Van Philippines. For the fiscal year of 2020, the new business initiatives to be developed are:

- Ninja Direct - a procurement and crossborder service for local (PH-based) sellers 
- B-2-B Freight - a door-to-door consolidated freight service
- Same-day Delivery - an express delivery service for deliveries within same-day of pick-up; to be operated by a fleet separate from the core last-mile team
- Retail - a network of parcel collection and drop-off points, designed for c2c or traditional sellers that prefer store-based interaction. This also involves onboarding and working with franchise retailer partners (e.g. 7/11 or Ministop)
- Fulfillment - a value-adding service to be offered to clients that prefer to outsource picking, packing, storage activities to a logistics partner

Key Accountabilities

    • Process Development - Creation of standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and work instructions (WI’s)
    • Business Casing - Creation of financial analysis and proposals for justifying projects or proposed changes
    • Planning & Project Management - Creation of project timelines (Gantt charts) and adherence to committed deadlines
    • Data Analysis - Building metrics to track SOP’s implemented

Qualifications

    • College degree, ideally in a business/industrial-engineering related course
    • Min. 1 year working experience 
    • project management experience is preferred
