As an member of Ninja Van's Regional Operations team, you will help to develop organisational structure for scale, and support operational excellence throughout the region. This incumbent is expected to focus on driving cost leadership and performance excellence through understanding our capacities at a network level. The ideal candidate for this role should have exceptional analytical skills, a marked taste for operational challenges and the ability to present information clearly.
Responsibilities
- Develop risk methodology and identifying capacities of risk in order to drive solutions tor reduce risk levels in the network
- Identify bottleneck of the operational performance and understanding the shifts in demand and supply of capacities
- Construction of indicators to provide forward looking information
- Create reports and dashboards to cascade capacity metrics to all department heads
- Coordinate network reporting with local network planners
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing feedback/data and making the sense of the insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university
- At least 5-8 years of experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record of 5 years in a leadership position
- Experience in using SQL/other coding language is an added advantage
- Possess strong analytical and conceptual thinking skill
