Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for ensuring all suppliers and other parties perform Warehouse services agreements aligned to customers’ SOP and the company’s operations standards;
- Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation;
- Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment;
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of reports regarding warehouse operations;
- Ensure stock rotation and stock accuracy;
- Handle customer enquiries/complaints in a professional manner and excellent attitude;
- Be responsible for an efficient information flow between all parties involved (suppliers, shipper, and internal departments);
- Monitoring operational and general business KPIs, ensuring they are met both in performance and costs manner;
- Review all aspects of the operations and drive in any improvements in methods, procedures, and efficiency;
- Ensure employees/suppliers/visitors comply with our Corporate standards Safety and Security for warehouse operations and follow its regulation, instruction, compliance related working safety;
- To ensure all assignments are met within the specific deliverables concerned;
- To ensure proper follow up with all outstanding issues;
- Other assignments as and when required by the Head of Department.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Logistics or Express delivery;
- College degree in Business Administration or related field;
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Excellent in planning, organization, analysis, and decision-making;
- Proven experience in budgeting and cost control;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
