1.负责跟重点客户进行日常货物的确认和沟通,及时解答客户疑问，提供良好的服务体验 ;
2.能独立进行跨部门沟通客户需求共同完成业务,为重点客户提供专业高效的服务；
3.定期汇总客户查询信息和投诉个案，协助内部梳理与优化客户服务标准并实施，提高工作质量和服务标准；
4.跨部门沟通与合作，强化与客户的沟通，同时完善与优化内部流程，优化客户体验；
5.接受针对项目系统，产品，行业，供应商以及操作的培训，监督和指导；
6.对接内外部需求，协助跨境电商客户运营相关项目的推进；
7.根据客户数据表现进行分析，定期拜访客户并复盘；
任职要求
- 物流管理、国际贸易或相关专业，大专以上学历优先；
- 具备1-2年跨境电商物流或电商客服操作经验优先；
- 熟练运用办公软件，有G-suite操作、扎实的英语基础（听说读写，通过大学英语四六级）经验者优先；
- 乐观开朗，积极主动，有责任心，具备较强的抗压与应变能力及解决问题的能力；
- 具备较强的应变能力.协调能力和沟通能力,能独立处理紧急问题，和具备同时处理多个问题的能力；
- 具备良好的英语听说读写以及沟通与表达能力，协调内外部沟通；
- 具有一定数据整合与分析能力，具备一定客户洽谈能力或经验；
