What is the Opportunity?

As a Client Success Director at Nisos, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with our most important clients, many of which are household names and leaders in the security industry. Not only will you ensure our clients are able to get the most from our differentiated managed services, but you will also play a key role in building the sales organization at our growing, venture-backed company.  

What You’ll Do

    • Manage named accounts, working closely with the security, intelligence, and trust & safety teams at large enterprises  ($1b+ annual revenue) 
    • Maintain excellent relationships with Nisos teammates and key account contacts to navigate complex organization charts to identify and close opportunities to renew and expand Nisos business 
    • Proactively collaborate within the Nisos sales team and with sales teams at industry partners to identify opportunities to act as and draw upon force multipliers 
    • Contribute to Nisos sales, marketing, product, and engineering strategy, serving as the voice of the client to make us collectively better

Who You Are

    • You are an experienced relationship builder that understands how to balance conflicting priorities and set expectations with multi-layered organizations
    • You have consistently been a top performer on your teams
    • You have an appreciation for using data and testing processes to improve efficiency
    • You have direct experience with the intelligence cycle and the security applications of intelligence collection and analysis
    • You are an enthusiastic team player interested in tangibly contributing across the company to help us grow
