Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming.
Familiarity with newer specifications of Ecma-Script.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Cross browser compatibility and accessibility understanding would be good.
Experience with common front-end development tools such as NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
Unit testing like Jest, Enzyme.
Understanding of CICD and DevOps practices. Knowledge of Jenkins is a plus.
Possess a strong knowledge of Agile Scrum or Kanban process and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Fully hands on and a good design thinker
Should be ready to work on development projects along with supporting existing applications

A minimum of 7 + years experienced UI resource should exceptional at implementing modern, responsive user interfaces .
Should have strong technical skills, deep understanding of software architecture, great at team dynamics, and has a track record of successful delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Must have experience in HTML/CSS, Strong understanding in HTML 5 features and CSS, Working experience in CSS pre-processors like SASS, Tailwind CSS.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Thorough understanding of ReactJs ,NodeJs ,NextJS and its core principles.
Experience in Functional components in React and Strong understanding in React, Redux with hooks.
Having relevant Experience in Typescript.
