Your Next Exciting Role

This role will be part of the Funding Operations  Team responsible for monitoring and application of incoming client money to client wallets or remittance transactions across all platforms & products of NIUM.

What would a day @Nium look like?

    • Monitor Nium’s client money accounts held with global banks
    • Reconcile incoming funds with corresponding remittance transactions
    • Ensure funding received from Enterprise clients is applied/credited to the appropriate client wallet
    • Investigate and resolve queries/issues/exceptions received from clients via internal stakeholders received via email & Zendesk tickets
    • Swiftly identify root causes for reconciliation exceptions, investigate and resolve the exceptions within stipulated turnaround times
    • Generate daily EOD reconciliation Report-Volume handled

Which Skills & Experiences will make you successful?

    • 2-3 years of experience in the payments industry
    • Prior experience in reconciliation of transactions or bank accounts is desirable
    • Intermediate to Advance proficiency level in Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong prioritization and execution skills
    • Self-motivated and a good team player
    • Comfortable to work in a rotational shift environment (24 x 7 shift support)
