About The Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager – Global Payouts Experience to own and shape how enterprises and developers experience payouts on Nium.

This is a category-defining builder role: you won’t just launch features, you’ll design the frameworks that global enterprises will rely on to move billions every year.

Your mission: Make payouts effortless, reliable, and transparent at scale — setting the benchmark for enterprise payments.

You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, compliance, treasury, operations, and enterprise clients — a scope that spans multiple product teams at most fintechs, but at Nium, you’ll own it end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

    • Reliability as a global standard: Drive payout straight-through-processing (STP) towards 99%, building intelligent monitoring, real-time SLA transparency, and predictive systems that set new reliability benchmarks.
    • Go-Live as a differentiator: Reimagine enterprise go-live — compressing integration from weeks to days through standardized APIs, smarter webhooks, and playbooks that accelerate revenue and client trust.
    • Transparency as a client promise: Build an end-to-end transparency layer — predicting time of receipt, providing real-time statuses, standardized return reasons, and transparent fees. Give enterprises actionable clarity and cut uncertainty in cross-border payments.
    • Developer-first experience: Redesign the payout developer journey with APIs, toolkits, and error handling that make scaling on Nium as seamless as using the world’s best SaaS products.
    • Expansion as an edge: Shape and launch new domestic payout pilots and innovative payout capabilities that extend Nium’s global footprint.

Requirements

    • 3–5 years in Product Management with proven impact in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS — ideally in high-scale environments like Stripe, Adyen, Razorpay, Airwallex, or Wise.
    • Developer-first orientation — fluent in APIs, JSON, error codes, and enterprise integration workflows.
    • Analytical sharpness — you thrive on data, can spot failure patterns, and design solutions that scale.
    • Stakeholder EQ — you can influence engineering, ops, compliance, and enterprise clients with equal ease.
    • Pedigree that signals drive and rigor — an MBA from IIM, ISB, INSEAD, Wharton, Stanford, or similar is a strong plus.
    • Bonus Points If You Have:
    • Experience improving STP or SLA reliability at scale.
    • Exposure to compliance-heavy or treasury-linked platforms.
    • Prior ownership of developer ecosystems or enterprise integrations.
