Instarem is seeking Product Manager to lead and manage our India based product. This role will involve building AD1/AD2 remittance flows, scaling 0 to 1 product that include forex cards, and developing B2B products for partners. Additionally, the Product Manager will be responsible for new market expansions for both Consumer and SME segments and will be managing strategic product partnerships to enhance Instaremoffering & collaborate with partners to integrate new products and features.   
 
At Instarem, product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, analytics and customer-facing teams. You’d be joining a group of stellar Product Managers who have a track record of successfully building and scaling business and consumer products that are collectively impacting millions of users around the world. 

What would a typical day look like?

    • You will work with cross-functional global teams to craft product strategies, development and launch new products and features.   
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and feedback, analyze data to identify areas of growth opportunities.  
    • Collaborate closely with multiple product and business stakeholders to drive alignment and prioritization, keeping customer value as top priority. 
    • Work with our external partners to manage strategic product partnerships to enhance Instarem offerings.  
    • Proactively identify gaps in the product, processes, and market to lead the effort in building relevant solutions that drive business value.  
    • Work closely with a team of engineers, architects, designers to deliver excellence and set the high-level mission, vision, and roadmap for the platform and the team.  
    • Incorporate feedback from consumers, data, market intelligence, research, competitor analysis, and design features/functionalities to always keep miles ahead of the competition. 

Qualifications

    • Minimum 2-3 years full-time work experience in a product management role 
    • Proven experience in product management, particularly in the fintech or financial services industry. 
    • Strong understanding of forex products, including AD1/AD2 flows and forex cards. 
    • Experience in managing products that require strategic partnership.  
    • Demonstrated success in leading market expansion efforts. 
    • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. 
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in the Fintech Indian market and familiarity with local regulations and customer needs. 
    • Worked in international expansion with Fintech product is a plus. 
    • Technical background or understanding of software development processes. 
    • You understand the nuances of what it will take to win both in the global payments ecosystem.
