About the role:
We’re looking for a HRGeneralist (APAC) to join our expanding global team, who will centrally manage HR operations, reporting into the Sr. Manager / Director, Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage Employee Lifecycle including
- Onboarding and Off boarding
- HR documentation
- Employee query intake tier 1 support
- Employee facing communication
- Employee engagement activities
- Assist with immigration/work visa support
- End to end payroll management
- India: PF, ESIC, FnF, Gratuity, minimum wages etc.
- Singapore: Employment Act (SG), Central PF Act, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act, Foreign Employees Dormitories Act, Employment Claims Act etc.
- Overseeing other regional payrolls
- Manage HRIS platform (prior HiBob experience is a plus)
- Employee lifecycle data
- Leave and attendance management
- Reporting
- HR Audits
- HR internal representative for internal and external audits
- Analysis of HR metrics & trends using Excel, BI tools and other HR systems and applications, identify root causes impacting performance and provide insights
- Creation of reports and presentations
- Cascade and communicate data on a regular basis to key stakeholders
- Talent Acquisition
- Supporting with hiring and offer process for the new and backfill roles at Nium FX
- Business partnering
- Supporting, business, employees, managers and leadership in active management of the employee lifecycle stages and employee calendar.
Requirements
- 4-7 years HR experience
- Experience with HRIS systems (implementing HRIS systems is a plus)
- Ability to work across HR and business stakeholders, understand their needs and make recommendations
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Good verbal and written skills
- Some travel may be required across the region
- This role requires work from Office for all 5 days in a week.
