The Manager, Paid Social Marketing is responsible for driving and executing our paid advertising efforts across digital channels to drive growth and maximize ROI. This role demands a solution-oriented and driven marketer with expertise using social channels to drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven approach to campaign management, a passion for optimization, and a track record of achieving significant growth through social channels.

Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for managing the brand’s social budget, developing the strategy and leading execution across brand, product and performance campaigns.
    • Channel ownership includes all paid social channels, including Meta, TikTok, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Reddit & Snapchat.
    • Responsible for optimizing spend to deliver traffic, revenue and ROAS targets. Must be constantly assessing performance and adjusting appropriately to ensure the best outcome for the brand and business.
    • Equally responsible for determining the best ways to use paid social channels to drive reach and grow brand awareness.
    • Candidate must be fluent in how to use unique creative strategies, concepts and formats to drive growth. Must ensure campaigns are highly reflective of the tone and brand DNA of NOBULL.
    • Candidate will play a critical role in helping grow presence and revenue on TikTok Shop.
    • Play a critical role in the management of the media agency. Must be comfortable challenging the agency on performance and expectations.
    • Provide senior leaders with regular reporting on Paid Social performance.
    • Provide constant input on the performance of paid social creative assets to ensure a consistent feedback loop to the creative teams.
    • Be a key stakeholder in product launches and seasonal campaigns to ensure unique plans are delivered for each initiative.
    • Partner with the brand’s organic social lead to ensure assets are promoted adequately with paid investment.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, news, emerging platform updates or technologies that may or may not be useful to the overall paid social media strategy.

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience managing complex paid social campaigns within Meta & TikTok.
    • Demonstrated success working within the e-commerce vertical.
    • Previous experience working with agencies is a plus.
    • Strategic thinker with an understanding that creative is a key driver of performance.
    • An action-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving results.
