NOBULL is currently seeking a temporary Reverse Logistics Coordinator to support and execute a variety of returns, logistics, and supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, collaborative team member with a passion for problem-solving, data manipulation, and detail-oriented project execution.

Please note this is a temporary 6-month full-time, in-person opportunity.

Responsibilities:

    • Create SOPs for all existing reverse logistics processes
    • Create & manage reporting for internal use
    • Assist with testing, implementation, and monitoring of return portal rules for ad hoc/promotional requests
    • Assist with identifying and investigating existing broken processes with internal stakeholders and external returns portal support team
    • Assist team with evaluation of existing partners and assist with exploration of potential new partners in the industry against internal stakeholder requests

Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of experience in project management, product management, data analytics, process improvement, or similar relevant work experience
    • Proficient experience with Excel required
    • Ability to multi-task and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment required
    • Experience with order management, ERP, and post-purchase platforms preferred
    • Experience in a product-based start-up environment is a plus
    • Superb attention to detail and organization skills
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills
