Node is looking for an experienced Client Success or Account Manager. Our Client Success Managers are business strategists responsible for delivering ongoing general business support to a portfolio of clients. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about retaining (and growing) customers, solving their business problems, and enjoys regularly exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:
Initiates proactive communication with clients in their portfolio and acts as a business strategist educating, guiding, and support clients as they adopt the Node solution.
Works to understand a client’s strategic goals, objectives, and program health while holding a client accountable to an agreed upon plan
Articulates the return on investment (ROI) for a client’s program and can set and maintain attainable goals for a client to realize ROI
Partners with internal Node teams to manage critical deliverables on behalf of clients
Maintains client loyalty by serving clients above and beyond their expectations and acts as an internal champion on behalf of the client
Thinks outside of the box in prescribing resolutions to client challenges
Understands the client experience and is proficient in the tools that clients interface with (SFDC, and Node).
Manages a high volume of competing priorities both internally and externally

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years work experience in a client services/account management role managing B2B clients
Experience with Salesforce, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and efficiently
Strong team player with a desire to solve for the interests of the clients and Node
Positive, self-starter attitude with desire to exceed client expectations
Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work
