WHO YOU ARE 
TheDirector of Strategic Partnerships is a sales role that distributes the Artemis platform throughout the Digital Health and Healthcare Point Solution Space. You will report to the SVP of Sales, working together and finding success in this segment. You bring relentless energy, strategy and intelligence to help you attain your quota. You have an ownership mentality, and you don’t allow anything to slip through the cracks. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Consistently achieve and surpass established quarterly and annual sales targets to drive the success of our sales team and contribute to the organization's overall growth. 
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting Digital Health Organizations and Healthcare Point Solutions 
    • Oversee and execute oncomplex sales process from beginning to end 
    • Partner directly with a designated Business Development Representative (BDR) to influence and assist in the creation of leads.  
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Digital Health Landscape 
    • Uncoverclient needs and challenges, positioning our solutions as essential to aiding digital health companies achieve greater engagement levels and measurable outcomes 
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of our healthcare analytics products and services. 
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits to potential clients. 
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. 
    • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and impact of our healthcare analytics solutions. 
    • Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements. 
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 
    • Be an evangelist of Artemis by serving as an advocate and spokesperson, effectively communicating our company’s mission, products, and value to both internal and external audiences 

WHAT YOU’LL HAVE:

    • In depth knowledge of the Digital Health and Point Solution Landscape 
    • Experience selling healthcare technology for,or to Digital Health Organizations 
    • Experience within the Consultant Space advising Employers on Benefit Design, specifically Point Solution Procurement 
    • Ability to establish and nurture relationships with prospects 
    • Genuine sense of curiosity when it comes to different personas and buying needs, as well as learning about the constantly evolving industry 
    • Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, displaying ownership and proactive initiative in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities 
    • Ability to plan and optimize workflow in a fast-paced environment 
    • Expert level understanding of Salesforce or other CRM tools 
    • A proactive approach to follow-ups to nurture leads, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth. 
    • Natural ability to drive progress, implementing innovative strategies and ensuring overall success, embodying the ethos of making things happen 
    • Ability to build and communicate an ROI analysis on what Artemis means for a prospect’s business 
    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills 
    • Strong ability to work cross functionally to plan and execute initiatives 
    • The ability to take feedback and apply it quickly and effectively 
    • Comfortability working with both junior and senior level partner contacts 
    • A team-oriented mentality with the ability to adapt in a fast growing environment 
    • The aptitude to be motivated to own and produce in a territory 

WHAT COULD HAVE YOU STAND OUT:

    • Experience, knowledge, and expertise related to Digital Health, Consumer Engagement, and Digital Health ROI methodologies  
    • You could have worked for a Digital Health Organization, or at a Consulting House Advising Employers on Digital Health Benefit Design
