We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Product Marketing leader to join NordLayer and take full ownership of our product marketing strategy and execution. As Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping how we bring our solutions to market, differentiate in a competitive landscape, and drive growth across customer segments.
You’ll lead a dedicated team of professionals and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing leaders across Nord Security B2B to define go-to-market strategy, elevate our messaging, and ensure alignment between what we build and what the market needs.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives on taking initiative, building structure, and mentoring others - while driving real business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the product marketing strategy for NordLayer, driving alignment with company-wide goals and product direction.
- Define and continuously refine positioning, messaging, and segmentation to support both new product launches and sustained adoption.
- Lead the development of pricing and packaging strategies grounded in customer value, competitive intelligence, and business impact.
- Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmaps and identify high-opportunity areas for differentiation and growth.
- Champion the voice of the customer by translating market and user insights into actionable product and marketing strategies.
- Create and scale sales enablement programs to support acquisition, retention, and expansion across various customer types and regions.
- Oversee content strategies focused on thought leadership, awareness, and competitive differentiation.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of Product Marketing professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and excellence.
Core Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or related tech domains.
- Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market strategies for complex or multi-product portfolios.
- Proven ability to craft compelling positioning, develop effective pricing models, and build scalable launch frameworks.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and a track record of driving alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Analytical mindset with deep experience in using data and insights to guide decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills - written, visual, and verbal - with a sharp ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
- Experience in managing and coaching teams, with a passion for developing talent and enabling growth.
