The People department resolves all matters connected to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding. Together, we have the power to build teams based on our values.
Main Responsibilities
- Assistance in organizing events/during events;
- Building maintenance supervision, assistance with Flanco issues;
- Placing food orders;
- Working at the reception;
- Supervision of sports registrations;
Core Requirements
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail;
- You have a friendly, open-minded, and motivated personality;
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to engage and connect with a broad range of people and work as part of a multicultural team;
- Proven ability to effectively organize, prioritize and achieve multiple assignments simultaneously, hands-on mentality with proactivity;
- Commitment to providing an enjoyable, happy environment;
- You are passionate about promoting a healthy, environmentally friendly, and fair society.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 1200 EUR/Month.
