Our fast-growing e-commerce startup is building high-performing subscription brands and scaling paid campaigns. We're looking for a data-driven retention expert who can take ownership of the entire subscriber lifecycle - from onboarding and upsells to churn prevention and winback - and maximize revenue from every user.

Main Responsibilities

    • Own the full subscription lifecycle and retention strategy - ensure customers stay engaged, reduce churn, and maximize LTV.
    • Analyze subscription metrics (AOV, LTV, churn, failed payments, engagement) and recommend actionable strategies.
    • Manage automated flows in Klaviyo, including welcome series, post-purchase, upsells, churn prevention, and winback campaigns.
    • Segment audiences and personalize messaging to drive engagement and conversions across all lifecycle stages.
    • Monitor cancellations, identify why subscribers leave, and implement strategies to prevent churn.
    • Ensure upsells, cross-sells, and retention offers are optimized for maximum revenue.
    • Collaborate with paid marketing teams to advise on achievable ROAS, acquisition targets, and retention-based forecasts.
    • Run A/B tests, analyze results, and optimize campaigns, flows, and strategies continuously.
    • Design and implement high-quality email assets, templates, and persuasive copy that align with the retention goals.

Core Requirements

    • Expert in Klaviyo - hands-on experience building flows, segments, and lifecycle campaigns.
    • Strong analytical mindset - able to interpret KPIs like churn, LTV, failed payments, and engagement.
    • Data-driven decision-making - use insights to improve retention, reduce churn, and optimize upsells.
    • Deep understanding of subscription e-commerce and lifecycle management - know what keeps users loyal.
    • Proficient in HTML/CSS - able to create, customize, and troubleshoot email templates efficiently.
    • Conversion-focused and persuasive copywriting - well-versed in best practices, spam regulations, CTAs, and A/B testing.
    • Collaboration skills - work closely with paid marketing, product, and creative teams.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills - manage multiple brands, flows, and campaigns flawlessly.
    • Testing and optimization mindset - continuously improve retention performance across the lifecycle.
    • Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
    • Bonus: Basic design skills (Photoshop, Figma, Canva).

Salary Range

    • Gross Salary: 3100-4800 EUR/month
