As a corporate development team intern, you will take part in assessing various strategic initiatives across a cybersecurity tech unicorn.
Main Responsibilities
- Engage in product roadmap development, conduct market research and competitor analysis, and present concise findings to the broader team;
- Assist in managing M&A deal flow, including evaluating acquisition opportunities, conducting market research, developing business cases, and participating in due diligence processes;
- Conduct research on key acquisition targets and market trends, prepare in-depth studies and summarize findings;
- Other ad-hoc analytical requests as needed.
Core Requirements
- Hold or be pursuing a degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline;
- Have a solid foundation in finance and business concepts;
- Have basic Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling skills;
- Be a proficient English speaker;
- Be a fast thinker, problem solver, and attentive to details.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 924 EUR/Month.
