The Product Design department oversees the entire product development process or upgrades the existing product designs. By identifying and characterizing the issues, we design solutions scaling from technical to human-centered methods.
Main Responsibilities
- Work on business and user experience problems side-by-side with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and Engineers;
- Help the team across all product life-cycle stages including framing problems, providing user-centric insights, mapping outflows, and designing interactions;
- Narrow down broad scopes and complex ideas into clear and intuitive prototypes;
- Iterate on design solutions based on user testing, business, and technical considerations;
- Provide and receive feedback from fellow designers to continually raise the bar of quality and professional growth.
Core Requirements
- At least 3+ years of product design experience building digital products;
- Evidence of shipping cross-platform products (Desktop/iOS/Android);
- Ability to present and articulate your design decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders;
- A can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership towards the product you are working on;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Case studies showcasing end-to-end product design work;
- Keen interest in cybersecurity, data privacy, and other related fields;
- Fluency in English.
