Main Responsibilities

    • Streamline Product Communications - act as the go-to person for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, ensuring product-related information is accurate, easily accessible, and aligned with the product vision. Provide critical frameworks and quick answers to communication inquiries while supporting product messaging consistency across teams.
    • Maintain Content Accuracy and Quality - proofread and validate product-related content, such as blog posts, landing pages, SEO briefs, learning materials, and visuals, ensuring technical accuracy, alignment with product strategy, and consistency across outputs.
    • Foster Cross-Team Product Knowledge - drive internal product education initiatives through tailored demos, workshops, and onboarding sessions, helping teams (and partners) develop a strong understanding of product features, functionality.
    • Enable Data-Driven GTM Messaging - develop and maintain educational resources, knowledgebases, and structured frameworks. Focus on providing teams with concise, up-to-date insights that enable the creation of consistent and impactful go-to-market messaging.

Core Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in the marketing communications management field
    • Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles and communication channels, with prior experience in collaborating with or working as part of marketing teams
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to distill technical information into accessible content
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and complex projects
    • Fluent in English both verbal and written

Bonus Points

    • Experience working in a B2B SaaS product environment or exposure to similar technical industries
    • Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, including network security practices, frameworks, and emerging trends
    • Track record of developing and maintaining internal knowledge bases or organizing technical documentation
    • Familiarity with creating educational frameworks or resources to enable cross-team collaboration
    • Previous experience leading educational initiatives (e.g., training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs

Salary Range

    • Gross salary 2800-3500 EUR/Month
