We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer/architect to design, implement, monitor, and manage our local and wide area networks. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with enterprise networking hardware and software and a proactive approach to maintaining network efficiency and security.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN) infrastructure;
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues;
- Install, configure,e and support hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and wireless controllers);
- Perform network upgrades and system backups regularly;
- Collaborate with system administrators, support staff, and external vendors;
- Document network configurations, procedures, and topology diagrams;
- Stay current with emerging networking technologies and best practices.
Core Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP);
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, HP, or other enterprise network hardware;
- Familiarity with firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet) and network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.);
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus;
- Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is an advantage.
Salary Range:
- Gross Salary 4600 - 6000 EUR/Month.
