Our Legal team is a team of attentive professionals who deal with a variety of issues, including privacy, intellectual property, employment, compliance, mergers, and acquisitions. As legal business partners, we ensure the quality and efficiency of the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements (including sales, marketing, software, technology and other vendor agreements, payment service provider agreements, etc.);
- Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures;
- Draft and review corporate documents and other legal documentation;
- Stay up to date with the latest legal news, regulations, and best practices;
- Provide thoughtful and practical business and legal advice to support internal stakeholders.
Core Requirements
- Master’s degree in law;
- 2+ years of relevant experience;
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and commercial transactions;
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate legal issues;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 3310 - 4960 EUR/Month.
