The Localization team is responsible for maintaining, overseeing, and delivering a seamless localized experience. This includes NordVPN and Saily's website, apps, support, and legal content, available in over 25 languages.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day translation processes for web content and other digital products (Mobile apps, TVC, YouTube videos, retail, etc.);
- Ensure the timely delivery and quality of the translations required by the Product and Marketing teams;
- Build long-lasting relationships with translation agencies, native copywriters, and country managers;
- Map and document all localized material to ensure translation consistency in terms of style, quality, accuracy, and tone of voice;
- Identify and fix linguistic and market-specific issues before launch;
- Create and maintain linguistic assets (glossaries, style guides, translation memories, etc.);
- Work cross-functionally with Development, Product, Project Management, Design, CRO, and Marketing teams to successfully launch new campaigns and landing pages.
- Develop processes and methodologies to implement, maintain, and optimize the localization process.
Core Requirements:
- Similar work experience;
- An eye for detail, even under pressure;
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time;
- Ability to question the way we do things and recommend alternative solutions that drive impact to the business;
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be comfortable with constant change;
- Experience with any CAT or TMS tools.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2300 - 3500 EUR/Month.
