The Brand Communications team shapes Nord Security’s brand voice and image, building trust and recognition across internal and external channels. Our team produces various content (web and graphic design, video material, social media content, etc.), working with multiple stakeholders and teams across the organization. Our main focus is to grow and strengthen our brand, contributing to our position as a global cybersecurity powerhouse.
Main Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and design high-quality motion graphics videos and animations based on creative briefs.
- Create compelling motion graphics and engaging animated content for multiple digital platforms and channels.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and creative teams in brainstorming sessions to ensure creative concepts align with project goals.
- Adapt and optimize animations and videos for various formats and platforms (social media, websites, presentations, etc.).
- Ensure all motion graphics are consistent with the brand identity and adhere to project timelines.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and software advancements to elevate creative strategies constantly.
Core Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in professional motion design.
- Strong portfolio (or showreel) with relevant examples of motion graphic design.
- Highly skilled in animation software (Adobe After Effects).
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and maintain open communication.
- Strong creative decision-making skills, sense of aesthetics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and style guidelines, identify and solve problems.
- Experience in character animation and/or 3D animation would be a bonus.
- Experience in video editing would be an advantage.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2500-4200 EUR/Month
