We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Product Marketing effort. As the Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of NordLayer, NordPass, and NordStellar offerings by crafting and executing innovative strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth. You will lead a team of talented professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success and achieve our collective goals.

Main Responsibilities:

    • Act as the voice of the customer to identify product challenges and growth opportunities.
    • Craft product positioning, messaging, and segmentation strategies.
    • Develop pricing and packaging strategies based on customer and market insights.
    • Align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps and business objectives.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain differentiation.
    • Build sales enablement materials to support acquisition and retention efforts.
    • Collaborate on content strategies for thought leadership and brand awareness.
    • Mentor and lead a high-performing product marketing team.

Core Requirements:

    • 3+ years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
    • Strong background in go-to-market strategy, positioning, and pricing.
    • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
    • Data-driven approach to market analysis and customer insights.
    • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
    • Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and team development.

Salary Range:

    • Gross Salary 3800-5100 EUR/Month.
