In the IT Operations department, we lead the implementation of Salesforce and DocuSign CLM products, specializing in the automation and digitalization of processes across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, HR, Risk, and Procurement.
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Mid Salesforce Administrator to lead the design, development, and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with product teams to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality enhancements and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and flows;
- Analyse business requirements and work with Salesforce development team on daily basis;
- Create, maintain, and support of data loading and bulk updates using standard and custom tools;
- Create, configure, and manage standard and customized environments;
- Perform development support and maintenance support in Salesforce;
- Supporting and enforcing the maintenance of data quality within the system;
- Creation and support of Salesforce dashboards and reports;
- Build automations using flows;
- User onboarding and offboarding.
Core Requirements
- Knowledge of CRM system (Salesforce.com);
- Team player with the ability to work on own initiative as required;
- Good communications skills and fluent English;
- Ability to communicate confidently at all levels of the organization;
- Skills of business analyst;
- Willingness to learn from others.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2200 - 4000 EUR/Month.
