We’re a fast-growing e-commerce startup, building exciting wellness brands and scaling creative campaigns that actually perform. With five brands under our belt and a lean but high-performing team, we’re expanding our creative team and looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help us bring it all to life.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, cares about performance as much as aesthetics, and wants to grow alongside a company where creativity truly drives the business.

Main Responsibilities

    • Design a wide range of visuals — logos, packaging, mockups, brand elements.
    • Develop high-converting ad creatives (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
    • Create visuals for landing pages, advertorials, and Amazon listings.
    • Work with UGC and AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.).
    • Design device-optimized email templates for Klaviyo campaigns.
    • Own your design process from concept to final execution.
    • Collaborate closely with copywriters, performance marketers, and brand managers.

Core Requirements

    • 2+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
    • Fluency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
    • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, and Premiere Pro
    • Strong creative instincts — with an understanding of what converts in e-commerce
    • Confident decision-maker who can own design direction
    • Comfortable working fast and iterating often
    • Fluent in English (Lithuanian required, as we’re hiring locally)

Salary Range

    • Gross Salary: 3000 – 4200 EUR/month
