The Content & Social Media Manager is a priority hire for Normalyze. Building a new security market category – Data Security Posture Management – puts customers outreach, market visibility, and omichannel engagement via relevant and easy-to-consume content. As the Content and Social Media Manager, you will drive it, working with the Demand Generation Manager to raise market awareness of Normalyze and impact our pipeline.
Identify the prospects’ online and in-person “watering holes,” including social platforms, community forums, training portals and events, publications, meet-up groups, and more. You will learn their vernacular and content consumption preferences.
Write “short” and “medium form” hard-hitting content for website, social media, ads, nurture emails, sales conversation templates, video scripts, and more. You will tailor this content to the needs of the audiences while plugging in Normalyze messaging. (Note: You will be supported by the Normalyze subject matter experts, creative agencies, and contractors.)
Produce or oversee production of rich media content for award submissions, events (in-person and digital), and website which will wow our prospects.
Monitor and analyzeperformance relentlessly and constantly. Working with the Demand Generation Manager, you will optimize the content in the context of the holistic go-to-market approach. IMPORTANT: The feedback you gather from content performance metrics will be critical in fine tuning our top-level and sales narratives – this role is critical to Normalyze.
Note that in this role it is better to do, fail fast, optimize, and keep doing than choosing analysis over action.

Qualifications and success factors
4+ years of hands-on experience in content production and marketing and social media (paid and organic), especially in the contexts of market awareness, customer acquisition, and customer engagement and retentionExperience managing agencies and vendors
Attention to detail: everything you tackle will be prospect- and customer-facing
Excellent communication and presentation skills; set the standard for professionalism
'Make it happen' mentality, flexibility, and doggedness. You will not take No for an answer and will find a win/win solution to challenges
Start-up experience strongly preferred (alternatively, a tenure in a small, agile, and results-focused team at a larger company).
SaaS and Cloud-native company experience is a must
